St. Valentine’s Menu

This special menu is only available on Saturday and Sunday evening, 13 and 14 February. The price of £80.00 per person includes a glass of Champagne on arrival, a four course dinner and a bottle of red or white wine per couple from the Special Valentine’s wine list. ( Please note some ingredients may change due to availability).

Thai spiced salmon cod fishcakes, sword fish carpaccio with chilli jam, micro leaf, mango
coconut crème fraîche, fresh lime.
Prime venison carpaccio (raw thinly sliced), Jerusalem artichoke cream, wild mushroom,
pickled beetroot, truffle oil.
Creamy saffron risotto with Lobster, king scallop red sicilian king prawns.
Roasted pumpkin filled ravioli, chestnuts, baby peas, pomodorini, butter, sage parmigiano reggiano cheese. (v)
Wild boar filled ravioli, fava beans, wild boar sausage, sage, butter, truffle oil parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Main courses
Prime aberdeen angus fillet steak with barolo wine braised ox cheek, balsamic roasted baby onions
taleggio cheese melt, wilted spinach and thick chips.
Pan fried fillet of wild sea bass, fresh crab spring onion crushed new potatoes, wilted pak choi, pickled ginger,
black spaghetti, sweet chilli jam.
Prime venison steak cooked rare, savoy cabbage, buttered chestnuts, port chocolate sauce, creamy morris piper mash.
Baked Fillet of chunky cod loin , grilled shell on king prawns, shoestring chips, cannellini beans,
garlic cima di rapa (italian broccoli).
Baked goats cheese filled Aubergine, Wild mushroom topped bruschetta, spicy mixed bean and lentil casserole,
caponata (sicilian sweet & sour vegetables with pine nuts & raisins) (v) (n).
Prime welsh lamb fillet tenderloin cooked pink in a shiraz rosemary jus,
wild porcini mushrooms gorgonzola polenta.

A beautiful medley of milanos miniature deserts to share.
